Before we met John Neal my wife and I were struggling on getting financing from Veteran's United. Veteran's was telling us that we didn't qualify for a home loan and we were at our wit's end. We were looking for answers and four assistants and my wife ended up finding Mr. Neal on Facebook she contacted him and instantly he was there to provide us with all the help you could ever ask for. John got us financed right away and this was a huge deal for us since my wife and I are expecting a child and we wanted a home for him to grow. Mr. Neil was there for us every step of the way, he went and looked at houses with us, he helped us in understanding all the legal paperwork and he was available when we had questions and boy did we have a lot of them. I would and have recomended Mr. Neal to any of the veterans I associate with whom are currently looking to buy a home.

I trusted John to get it done and not only did he get it done but he got it done in less then 30 days with a 3.99 fixed rate with no down payment. After receiving a notice we had 60 days to get out, the company was selling all their properties, panic mode set in. How were we gonna find a place and how would we pack a family of 6 in 60 days?? We always said we wished we could buy the house we rented and actually inquired about doing so last year but were told they weren't interested in selling. This year was obviously a different situation and after looking at several other properties, we inquired about buying this house. John E Neal II took a great deal of stress out of the process. From start to the very final minutes of the closing john was available at all times even for the most ridiculous questions like why can't my computer illiterate self get this docusign to work on a friday night at 9pm. From the beginning he said dont worry, I'll take care of you. I know your situation. I'll take care of you. We are like most people who aren't swimming in money and live on a tight budget. John took care of us and I couldn't be happier that we can now call this house our home. We had contacted Veteran's United and started their process of a 'minimum credit score' -- only to be run around with no answers and no moving forward. As expecting parents, we were on a time crunch to find a home. I happened to see John's comment on a Veterans United thread, and, fed up with going nowhere, contacted him with some questions. It just so happened he was located in our area! He got back to us same day, and had us preapproved-- something we had been waiting for Veterans United to do for three weeks! John was definitely our broker from there! John was happy to answer any and all questions-- as first time home buyers, we had so many! John never made is feel like we were a bother, and walked us through every aspect with his extensive real estate and home buying knowledge! As I stated previously, we can't say enough about how much John helped us through a process than can be so stressful--he explained things with ease and helped us feel comfortable about each step in the process-we are so thankful for his patience and understanding through the entire procedure. We really can't say how thankful we are to John for taking a situation that seemed hopeless for us to buy a home and turning it around. He explained the VA process step by step, brought us to so many homes until we found 'the one' -- and then he did everything within his power and closed us in 17 days! No detail was overlooked and he was there for each and every question or situation.
