As a licensed Real Estate Managing Broker and Realtor, John is a sales specialist for The Real Estate Exchange, Inc. team. His recent sales have been throughout Illinois (Lincoln Park, Lakeview, Bucktown, River North, West Loop, South Loop, North Center, Edgewater, Uptown, Logan Square, Humboldt Park, Kenwood, Bronzeville, Oak Park, River East, Northwest Suburbs, South Suburbs) and Florida (Orlando, Naples, West Palm Beach, Treasure Coast).

John uses an approach that is exclusive to The Real Estate Exchange team to ensure buyers find exactly what they’re looking for while saving time. He conducts an initial consultation with buyers to analyze and identify their needs and wants in a new home, discusses negotiating strategies, and only takes them out to see properties that make sense for them.

After serving in the United States Air Force, John worked as a mortgage broker/consultant for various lending institutions for over 15 years. This has given John hands on k nowledge of all sides of the home buying process, which is important when buying and selling a home. His clients come from diverse backgrounds and vary from first time buyers to families downsizing to seasoned investors.

John also works with a team of trusted service providers such as lenders, attorneys, and home inspectors to help any transaction run smoothly.

He is always striving to improve his knowledge and value to his clients by continually attending workshops, seminars, continuing education courses, and mastery boot camps. He brings integrity, energy and passion to his job and looks forward to earning your business.
